The perfect blend of design, user experience and business efficiency has taken new meaning with the launch of Salomon Snowboards and Bonfire Apparel. CWD has joined forces with Frank Creative to push the limits of technology and design. The client was drawn to this blend of talent because brand and user experience was a must, but content management and the ability for in house evolution in a Web 2.0 world was going to set them apart from the competition.
Frank Creative was genius on the design and strategy for Bonfire Apparel. Salomon was designed by a French designer with creative oversight from Frank.
CWD used the design direction to create flash files that are driven by XML content and tied it to the trail tested Evergreen Content and Data Management platform. This means that the client marketing personnel can log into an easy-to-use interface, select the area of the website they would like to update, enter required data points into a form like submission and the content is published into XML files that load into an amazing flash front end. This content is all driven using the familiar Evergreen Content Management System.
